is there any css to "Vertical Align" = middle  , Page Navigation ARROWS  Previous / next button.

currently they are appearing in the bottom of the page & its useless

yes, i wan to keep always vertical middle of page whenever visible.

currently at bottom.

So you can do this within below css:

.fixed-nav { height: 450px !important; }

And please notice that it is technically not possible to align these arrows vertically and you can do this within height attribute.
