how can I add a "Call to Action" at the bottom of the portfolio page. see example attached to the link below.

Hello,

You would have to create a new page for portfolio with the "Portfolio" item insterted in the Muffin Builder, then you will be able to add below the portoflio item the "Call To Action" button
