Problem saving settings BeTheme panel

edited September 14 in Updates & Changelog
After adding the Google Analytics tag and clicking on save changes, it throws such errors and the entire page crashes, where without restoring it from a copy you can not do anything anymore, the latest version of the theme, what may be the problem?

  • The page crashes the same when I try to save CSS code.
  • WP_DEBUG is False, but it doesn't matter, it's not just the error message, the whole page crashes, CSS styles, etc.

I upload the theme via FTP, previously through the WP panel, the same errors, the page crashes when I try to write any option of the BeTheme theme panel

    PHP Memory Limit  512 MB
    PHP Time Limit  180
    PHP Max Input Vars  5000

All options are positive, suddenly the whole theme throws up errors when saving.

On another browser, with an empty cache, the same, where is the problem?

    Yes, Yes.

I turned off all unnecessary plugins, no cache plugin is the same, same errors, WordPress itself does not cause problems, saving options, only BeTheme.

I passed the message, I am waiting for the changes, we will see if it helps and let you know because the problem is serious and you can literally do nothing on BeTheme at this point even though the panel shows all the positive options settings after my php.ini modifications
  • The record is working properly, the hosting had to change something, although in PHP info I do not see any global changes other than what they were ...
