Be Healthy - content overlapping menu on single post page and category/archive pages

Hi, I am using the Be Healthy and there is a problem on single post pages and category/archives page that I need to figure out.

The content is overlapping the menu. There is no space between the menu and the content.

How can I solve that?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
