Updating PHP Version & Upading BeTheme

HI

My site is currently running WordPress version is 5.5.1.

On my dashboard, there is message indicating that my php version needs an upgrade:

WordPress has detected that your site is running on an insecure version of PHP.

Also, the  BeTheme also needs an update..

Is there a way to determine what update to do first to avoid my site crashing?

Hello,

To update your PHP, you have to contact your hosting provider, he is the only one who can do that.
