Pre-built websites import

Hi

need an urgent reply on below since i'm on a really tight schedule

I try to install ERP2 from pre-built templates,

i click install, waits for a few seconds..

however i get a blank page only with dashboard on the left.

all server requirements are met and green checked

all plugins are disabled

pre-built templates are not disabled through options etc.

for the first time i'm having this issue with BeTheme

Is your WP up to date?

Is your Betheme up to date?

Is your PHP version 7 or higher?

Do you see any error message?

Also, are only required plugins enabled while installing the pre-built website?

It would be grateful, if you would attach a link to your website.
