Hi, I’m having trouble adding names to the Name Directory plugin. Only entries show up. I added an entry and then wanted to make a change, but when I click edit up comes the listing before the chosen name. Now it isn’t visible on my iMac desktop (Safari and Chrome), but I can see them on my iPad and iPhone Safari browser.

I don't know how the above message got on this question, but I do have a Muffin Builder question. With the PHP upgrade I'm trying to make changes to the home page and it won't save the changes. It just keeps saving and saving without ever finishing. Do you know what's up? How can it be fixed?

I'm trying to add a photo to the top of the home page. The slider isn't working but I think an image will be fine with wording over the top.

If you need somebody for modyfing the theme code, please head to the WP Kraken team.

About the second question, can you tell me if your theme is up to date? Also, is your WP up to date?

Please, check if the issue still exists, when all of your plugins are disabled.

Yes, the Betheme is up to date. Just purchased the latest version of the WP Bakery successfully and it's licensed.

I deactivated all of the plugins and tried to save on the home page and it still just saves and saves...

What can we try next?

Your BeTheme version is really out of date, you have to update it, but before that we suggest to make a backup with this plugin:

Head to the "update the theme manually" heading.

Hi,

I've set up the plugin Duplicator and backed up the files.

When I go to Muffin Group to up date the theme, per the fan provided above, the Dashboard is saying that it is updated.

Yes, it is due to the fact that your version of Betheme is so old that we didn't have that functionality back then. So please update the Betheme to its most recent version just like my college @Pablo suggested.

I just resaved the theme options and it looks correct now

Can you test if you can save the content? I created the MuffTest page and it works correctly.

Well, I just clicked the "Save" button

It's usual issue, when you update the theme from really outdated verion of the theme then all of the fonts get decreased.

I've got issues on another BeTheme website. It's the https://westernpsych.org site and the theme isn't updating. Here is a screen capture for what it's saying. Will you help with this one too?

2) this message could mean that your license key is used on more than one domain. Please use the license manager to handle your license keys: http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/36219/cannot-register-deregister-your-license-key-use-this-tool#latest

If you see (on our license manager) that your license key is registered on a single domain, then please disable all of the plugins and deregister that license key (through the BeTheme > Dashboard)
After that, get into the license manager once more, if the license key is still claimed - deregister it, if it’s not, register it again on your domain (through the BeTheme > Dashboard) and try to update your theme/plugins couple of times (usually it pass after 2-3 attempts) - remember, all of the plugins have to be disabled.
