When I update a page all the content disappears from the front end

Hi, something is glitching on my website and when I try and save content half of the page content disappears from the frontend but is still showing up the backend. I have tried disabling all plugins but this is not working can someone please help me out with this?

Hi I have been trying to update my theme and reactivate it but it is still registered to the dummy url which has been taken down. This old url is https://raglanhensparty.com/ and the new url is https://bbctechnologies.com/ can I reinstall the purchase code. I am still have the orignal issue with content being lost when i update a page. I even made a draft which has been modified and content is lost from that page?

Hi, i managed to update the licence and update theme etc. I have added the phpinfo file https://bbctechnologies.com/phpinfo.php. Can you let me know why the content may be being dropped off from this file?

The problem of lost content is because your server does not cross minimal requirements value.

You have to contact your hosting provider and ask him about increasing:

1) PHP Max Input vars to min 5000

2) PHP Time Limit (input_time and execution_time) to min 180s

After that, everything will work fine.

Thanks, I have just updated the above higher than you recommended and I am still having issues the bottom of this page has been cut off https://bbctechnologies.com/categories/small-tomatoes/ the content is still in the backend but not displaying on the page?

Well, that page contains a lot of content which is not recommended for SEO and customers, because it will load a little bit longer than regular page.

I think, that Max Input Vars is still not enough because that page (as I said) contains huge amount of content including widgets.

We suggest, to redesign to cut the page for few pages or ask hosting provider to increase it to 10k.

Hi I have increased to 10000 and content is still missing I do not want to redesign the page so how will I get the content back? Will I have to readd this content again?

The content will not appear again, you have to recreate it because it's lost.

Please insert a lot of example content to see, if the content will disappear again.

Your theme is horrendous and the worst I have ever used as is your service. The fact that you theme which i paid for will not support a website which I will now have to rebuild and this is your response and poor service. I will be making a lot of bad reviews.
