Can't hide full height row on mobile

Hello!

I have a situation. 

I have a row with 2 columns. I need that row should be full height with an image parallax background. 

When I try to hide it on mobile the columns are hidden, but I still can see the background image. When I disable the full height option everything disappears. It's about https://leaders.ro/online/explore/elevi/ - the row after the revolution slider. 

Your help will be much appreciated.
