Elementor Sections not working

I chose this theme because elementor worked on it. After looking in the backend and trying to edit the page with elementor, it doesn't let me edit any of the pre-exsisting sections, only create new ones. How do I fix this? the website is http://epoxy.certifiedbasementsystems.com/

Is your WP and BeTheme up to date?

Also, check if your elementor plugin is up to date, it's really necessary because recent updates of WP/BeTheme require updating.
