Problems with pre-build website import

Hi, 

I am having an issue on a new website I am building, I have installed and licensed BeTheme, PhP version is uptodate, WP version is good and BeTheme is updated.

The dashboard remains white, when I reload the page, it appears that only the media gets uploaded. The pages and theme options do not get uploaded.

If anyone can offer assistance?

Do you have only required plugins (for pre-built website) enabled?

Also, are you using Child Theme?
