Theme Scrip slows down the site loading

Hi.

There is a script that Ive found on every page of my site that is slowind down a lot my website loading, Please take a look at the pic:https://prnt.sc/unezh9

I made this test with https://gtmetrix.com/.

<https://www.reinvencionconsciente.org/wp-json/>; rel="https://api.w.org/

 Do you know something about this? can i delete this? 

I would really appreciate your help with this issue.
