Mirroring desktop menu on mobile

I'm getting 2 completely different menus when I switch from desktop to mobile. What do I need to do so that the menu here is also the same menu that populates when the "three bars" are clicked and drop down when viewing the same site on a mobile device?:

    Hello,
    You won't be able to make the menu exactly the same as on the desktop, it won't fit on the screen resolutions like 315px :(
    That's why you supposed to use the hamburger menu or the side slide menu.

    The only way to prevent that, is disabling responsive setting completely, but your website won't be RWD.
