Header doesn't appear

Hello,

I am using the Betheme with Elementor but the header doesn't appear. When I select a header at theme options it does nothing. All the options doesn't work, also the footer options. How can I resolve this?

Yes I have Elementor Pro.

I uploaded also the site logo but this is also not showing on the website. It seems like something is blocking the options but I don't know how to fix this

If you are using some feature like "Elementor Footer", then you have to use the "Elementor Header" too, because this plugin is made that way, it's removing our features
