Sub Menu on Mobile allways open

Hi Forum,

on mobile devices sub menues (pull-down) are normaly cloesd and on the right side, there's a little "+", that opens the submenu.

How can i make the submenu allways open?

Of course, but with additional CSS code, please paste it into Theme Options > Custom CSS & JS > CSS
