Bar above header and questionable arrow appearing

Hello guys,

i got no clue where the orange bar on top come from. The color changes if i change the Body Background color "for boxed layout".
i am not working with boxed layout i think. If I scroll down there is a gap between the top page an the Header. 
Why is that?

It's most common the WP Store Notice, please go to the Appearance > Customize, then go to "WooCommerce", then "Store Notice" and disable it.

1) I can see the gradient properly, did you solve it?

2) I do not understand, do you want to remove it?

1) Yes it fixed itself but i do not know what the actual problem was. maybe the elementor 3.0 upgrade
2) Yes i want to remove it, but i cant finde the settings for it

It's named "Header Arrows" and it can be removed in the Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > General
