Problem adding new sections at the bottom of the page.

Hi

I'm using BeTheme, and the Simple 2 template. I've not customised anything, only made some mods within Muffin builder on the home page.

As the screenshots attached, I seem to be unable to add a section at the bottom of the page.

I would appreciate your help please.
