Responsive menu dropdown submenu toggle

Betheme is truly a fantastic theme but I have one thing that annoys me, when using the responsive menu the user has to click on the tiny plus and minus icon next to the word to extend the drop down submenu. Is there anyway to make it so when the user clicks anywhere on that menu item the submenu opens? So they dont have to specifically click on the little icon?
