BUG Menu Highlight not vertically centered - header transparent

Hi,

in the last version (21.8.8) the menu with Highlight style isn't centered vertically.

I added the !important keyword to the selector .menu-highlight:not(.header-creative) #Top_bar .menu > li > a

So in example:

.menu-highlight:not(.header-creative) #Top_bar .menu > li > a {

margin: 30px 0 !important;

}

Can you correct this bug in the next version, please?
