Can't change the picture upside

i can't change the Picture upside the page from a pre websuite builded page. (With elementor)

I cannot change the picture with the men. Why? Or is this the background picture of the theme? If yes, where can i change it? Can't find everything about that....
The next steps down and colums are abled to change.
