Visual Composer not working

We just purchased and installed your BE theme  and Visual Composer is installed as well, however We are not able to make any edits to the page using it.  We have used Visual Composer before and usually We just hover over a section to get an edit option.  In your Theme ,We can lauch Visual Composer, however,  nothing happens when We over over a section so there is no way to edit anything. Is there something else that we need to enable to make this work properly.  Thanks!

what theme & Visual Composer versions you use? Also please make a screenshot of what happen and we'll have a look on it because first time we hear about something like that.

Im using the BE theme and Visual Composer Version 4.5.1  Its hard to do a screen shot as nothing happened when i try to roll over an object to edit it.  I can give you access to the site if that helps
