No Alt-Text / Text-Hover possible

Dear all, on my site Productsite Jean D'Arcel i used the item "article box". But there is no possibilite for an Alt-Text and Hover-Text. So how can I insert this?

Sadly, it is impossible to make it for article box because of Theme HTML structure, but you can still add an alt tag while adding an image
