Wrong username or purchase code!

I have been trying to deregister a purchase code from a website that isn't active and when I try your deregistering tool it says

Wrong username or purchase code.
Please use only purchase codes that has been used to register the theme and the username used at the time of purchase.

I have had this username since I joined Envato in 2009 - Here are some screenshots of what's happening

Hello,
Be sure that you did not make any blank spaces or typos in the username nor purchase code.

If the issue still appears, you must contact Envato/Themeforest support because we do not handle with the license keys at all.
