hide parts of footer on some few sites (widgets)

challenge: 

1. I would like to show widget 1, 2, 3 (footer) on side a (english text for example)

2. I would like to show a other widget 1, 2, 3 (footer) on side b (german text for example)

my idea: on side b I hide the widgets 1,2,3 (but only the widgets, not the footer with copyright and social menu bottom) + manual section (for side b) looks like my other widgets (like side a). 

How can I realize this? Or is there a better idea?

Hello,
Sadly, there is no option to do that with widgets.
You can hide your footer in Bethem > Theme Options > Footer > General, and change "Style" to "HIDE Footer"

But to do something similar to that you can make special section in Muffin Builder imitating Footer and customize it by yourself.
