No Muffin Builder after updating plugins but content still showing in front end???!

Please can someone help? I upgraded / updated some plug ins and deleted a few and now on all my pages the contents are all gone? How do I retrieve it? seems like muffin builder isn't there? only elementor (Active)/ and WP bakery ( i disabled this) ???

Ok, so I went into the admin's account, and the text blocks/ muffin builder seems to show and I can edit the site from his account. SO, now my question is, how do I reassign it to show back to my own account?

Lastly, HOW DO I BACK UP EVERYTHING ON WORDPRESS?

Please check if you have set "Builder | Visibility: Everyone" in "Betheme > Theme Options > Global > Advanced"

Hey Phil!

So im in my own account and it's still not showing. I am now at global-> Advanced-> builder visibility is already set up as everyone. muffinbuilder-> wordpress as its order.

also where/ who can i find to run the back up for me because I don't know how to do it esp it's with the server and all.

please can you or someone help>???
