How do you change the color of the button on the header where it say "buy book here"

which colors you want to change? Font color, background or maybe hover state?

I'd like to change it to: #FFC012

The static color of the button with white text I think would look good.

Is there a way you can tell me how to do this as well so in case the customer wants to keep changing it?

To change button's background, go to: Betheme > Theme Options > Global > Buttons.
You can change the font color as well by changing the "Color" section.
