  • Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the errors still appear.
Also, please update your WP to the newest version.

    Thanks

Hello Phil, thank you for your reply but the WP dashboard/backend is unavailable and I can't log in. lt looks like this:

  • Please, do a backup of your website by your hosting, and reinstall Betheme using FTP method.

All your data are stored in database, so you will not be missing anything.

    Thanks

Hi, In the meantime I did it (backup and reinstall theme via FTP) and it is running now.

This is a old web site and I'm redesigning it and there was an old version of woocommerce plugin, that was a problem.

Now I'm struggling with shop categories sidebar (I mean the default sidebar for woocommerce Plugin | Woocommerce). I have no idea how to show it on every woocommerce pages (shop, category page, product page). I have tried every settings (also from this forum) and still not showing.

    Thanks
  • Check this video guide below about creating sidebars, and be sure that you make every step properly.

    Thanks

Yes, I watched it. If I create a custom sidebar it is working but only on the classic page. But it is no way to put the shop sidebar (Plugin | Woocommerce) on the shop, category and product pages.

As I wrote, it is a old site crated by I don't know who. Maybe is there some custom code what is disabling it. I found some in custom CSS field in theme options.

Could you check it if I send you the dashboard access, please?

    Thanks
  • OK I got it now.

    Anyway, thanks for help.
