Custom image in header/ menu

Hi 

I want to add a colored bar below my menu and add a little text just right to my logo in the heder. See image.The text and colored bar should disappear on mobile. How do I achieve this in a betheme prebuilt website?

It will be hard to that using basic options for Header.
To make a fancy custom header, please use Muffin Header Builder.
With this tool, you will be able to make your header however you want.
