404 error on a resource (ajaxloadpost-js)

I am getting the following on gt metrix: 

The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.

How can I fix this?

Hello,
Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if this error still appears.
Did you modified something in database?
Also, I see that you have minified Code, and this can cause this problem too.
