Please, tell me: is subheader responsive?

If "it is", how can I manage it?

If "not", can you tell me which alternate (responsive) way can I try instead of subheader?

Hello,
Well, all content is responsive, but not all options can be changed in Theme Options. Some of them you can find in "Betheme > Theme Options > Responsive". Rest of them must be changed by Custom CSS Code.
