I've recently started a blog on my site and would like visitors to be able to submit posts.

Is this already possible within BeTheme or could you recommend a plugin?

Sorry, but there is no such a feature, because it is related to the WordPress blog functionality and we did not change anything there.
Also, we do not support any plugin that will allow that.
