How to make my website adapt to mobile and tablet?

We downloaded a template, after designing it and having it ready, we realized that it did not work in the mobile version, should I install a plugin or where is the option to adapt the content of the pages?

Please always attach a link so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.
It is always a good idea to also attach a screenshot, for that use services like snag.gy or pasteboard.co

2. To remove these tabs please go to: Betheme > Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog, and select "Hide" from "Filters" dropdown menu.
