Can't get rid of space

I am working on this page:

I can't get rid of this large space that is appearing at the top of the first image on the page. I'd like the image to not have any margin between the top of the page and where the image starts. I tried using the "move up" option, which helped on desktop, but didn't do a thing on mobile, which you can see HERE.

How do I fix this?
