Sticky action bar on mobile view

Hi Team,

I'd like to know about coding how to sticky the action bar on mobile view as I am using header layout style FIXED. It's sticky on desktop but not on mobile view. Would anyone share about this case as the following link below:

To have sticky action bar on mobileyou will have to use Muffin Header Builder, becasue there is no option to do that through basic options.

Do you mean the language switcher?

If yes, you can find it in the element called "Extras".
