Impossible viewing elements created by Betheme backend

Dear,

we ask your suppor for a problem of Betheme Theme.

We are edit a page of this website http://www.fraschinadentalclinic.com/ and 

every section we create it doesn't appear in the front end of the online page.

For example we create a text box and we save it and then we go to visualize the page it is not present in the page.

How can we resolve this problem?

Well, I see that you have low "max_input_vars" value.
Please, contact with your hosting provider to change that to minimum 5000, and check if the issue still appears.

Now we have solved the max_input_vars value but we still have the problem. When we try to create more section in a page the new sections don't show up and they disappear from the "edit page"

Sorry, but I noticed that you only changed Local Value of max_input_vars, but you did not change Master Value.

Please, ask your hosting provider to change the global value to min. 5000.

After that, everything will be okay.
