Cannot “Re-Register” Theme

I have two theme licenses. One for my WWW, and an extra, which I used for a Dev. I de-registered the Dev, changed that same web instance to a different DNS name, and BeTheme will not let me Re-Register the Theme no matter what I do. It continually says:

Purchase code already used. Please deregister purchase code and remove theme folder on: dev1.rypix.com

Even after I have moved DNS pointer for dev1.rypix.com. It’s the same web instance, and YES, I did de-register it before decommissioning the site. Please help. Thanks.
