Cart icon not showing content

is it possible to make it visible to see if there are any products in the basket?

as it is regularly in other onlineshops?

Hello,
Do you mean counter like on the screenshot below?

If yes, this should be basically activated, and some plugins can cause that it is gone.
Please, turn off all of the plugins (except WooCommerce) and check if it appears.
Also, please update your Betheme to the newest version.

Hi,

yes, i mean a counter like in your screenshot.

i tried and disabled all plugins except woocommerce, but there is no count showing up.

i inserted the cart in the main menu as a page and displayed it as an icon (<i class=icon-bag-fine></i>). is that correct?

Do i have to activate sth to make that work?

Please, set this icon in: Betheme > Theme Options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Shop, and remove icon shortcode you used in main menu.

Also, please check if you have turned OFF "Hide" for "Top Bar Right" in: Betheme > Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Extras.

oh, very good! this worked so far...

the only problem now is, that the icon itself is not visible, but the counter is showing up.

either it has no color or is not set correct...

i set the cart icon to what you showed me and do not hide the top bar right.

do you have any idea why this icon is not visible?
