WPBakery and WPML

Hello, we have a website with BeTHeme and we are experiencing some problems with some WPBakery Visual Composer functionalities in translated pages created with WPML.

We noticed that in translated pages doesn't work background images for sections and rows.

It's quite strange because in the primary language everything seems to work fine.

We tried also to turn off all other plugins but the problem is still there.

We tried to open a ticket directly in WPBakery Support but we can't because we don't have the WPBakery licence code.

As you can see the background of the section #retreat_banner is added in the style.css, but it should be already added by the section design options: https://pasteboard.co/JyvG0PO.png

The strange thing is that in the english version of the page the section design options work fine.

Okay, but there is an image provided already in the section, other image than you declared in the style.css

Please tell me, did you check, if you can change the background image when you change your theme to the parent?

Also, do you installed any extensions for the WPML?
