Elementor Pro does'nt work - safe mode

Hello I just installed your theme on the url https://refonte.tmic-ellipses.com

Unfortunately impossible to use elementor pro. The module goes into safe mode. How to do ?

Does this problem appears with basic Elementor too?
Is there any error message? If yes, can you send me a link to screenshot with whis error?
Can you also check if your Elementor Pro works on default Theme?

you will find the screenshot attached. It doesn't work with elementor, nor with elementor pro.
I tried to re-install the plugins, the theme, update the theme ... nothing changes

There is no problem with the BeTheme itself, but with Elementor.

I tried to edit the demo on default theme like TwentyTwenty and it does not work too, even when the Elementor PRO is disabled.

Please try to reinstall the basic Elementor plugin (not PRO) and if it won't help you, then the only way to solve that is to contact the Elementor authors and troubleshoot the source of the problem with them.
