Embed Facebook video into Zoom Box

I am currently trying to use a Facebook video within a Zoom Box link as you would with a YouTube video (simply using the link). However, I just get the message 'The image could not be loaded'. Is that an issue with the actual video within Facebook or does the link section on a Zoom box not work with Facebook video? Thanks in advance.

This is because "Zoom box" do not work with Facebook video.
You will have to use YouTube video instead.

Hi Phil – my client has a video on Facebook and I was going to use the 'Zoom Box' to display the video, as you would with YouTube.

Can you advise the best way to show the Facebook video? Will I simply need to use an iframe? Will a Facebook video link work anyway on BeTheme? Can you please advise?

Sorry, but there is no option to do that using Zoom Box item.
Only way is to put iframe in column item.
