Widget should be below the yellow bar

Hi,

I have a yellow bar on top of the "Gallery" subpage https://pixelway.de/sanitaer/galerie/ which goes over the entire page.

On the bottom of the barrier-free baths https://pixelway.de/sanitaer/barrierefreie-baeder/ I have created a sitebare on the right, but here the yellow bar is shortened to the width of the content.

How do I get it that the yellow bar goes through on the gallery site and the widget with the sitebar address is placed under the yellow bar?

Please, try to put this sidebar as a "Sidebar Widget" item instead of page sidebar, under this yellow bar.
