I have this image code on this page with an SVG image but it will on appear on the website?
If I take off the a href portion is works but I need to hyperlink the image so that's not an option

I modified your Code and it is working properly.
[Links visible only for registered users]
All you have to do is to put this Code in Column item.
[Links visible only for registered users]

Thanks.. I use that code but it breaks the footer and puts a big white space under the page with alot of scroll for some reason.. here my code for ios and anroid

That is because your page does not have enough content, it force to display the Footer, and cause to display this weird white space.
You will have to put some content in that page, or put this buttons in Column item, instead of Footer.

That is weird becasue if I remove the buttons the footer shows and there is even less content when the buttons are removed so it's something with the buttons causing it and they are in a column of the page and not in the footer?

Please, put some items (for example columns with lorem ipsum) to fill the content of this page, and check if the Footer display this white space even then.

Figured this out.. The code i copied with the hyperlink around the image above was missing a quote mark on title=""
