Zigzag line reduce space

On my site I'm using the zigzag line on most of the pages of my website.

How do I reduce the padding at the top and bottom of this line by at least 1/2 the padding currently built in.

Hello,
If I am getting this right, you just want to have this "zigzag" to be closer to the text.
Instead of reducing padding, please, try to set "Margin Bottom" value to 0px in your wraps.
