Change Sb-Header Height on Mobile / Tablet CSS?

I would like to put custom CSS in the base theme options CSS which changes the height of the sub-header which displays the Page Title. I was able to correctly change it on web pages, but that change is not being reflected on iOS iPhone or iPads. 

The option would be to disable the sub-header completely on this devices. If I disable it in the theme options it disappears for desktop and mobile, which is not an option.

Help please. THX
