Problems with muffin page builder

Hello, I have a big problem with my betheme and the muffin page builder. It already happened several times that parts of my content - usually at the end of a peg - were deleted. Sometimes it happened while working on the page, sometimes over night. I don't know why and I have already raised my webhost's memory space but it still happens. Do you have any solution? Well, I cloned your homepage, added some content and it did not disappear.

If it disappear by itself, I mean not while saving the page, then it is not related to the betheme, but your hosting provider or some software.

BeTheme/Muffin Builder cannot remove anything if user will not do it.

Hi,

well today happened the same thing again. As I explained, sometimes It happens, sometimes not. The end of the content of one page (where I dindn`t change anything in the last days) disappeared. In the Backend you can see that there is still the box of the content but it is empty. I send you two Screenshots of the page where the end is missing and of the backend.

As you already checked via the PHP file my hosting provider is finde, there isn't any problem.

Which software problem can it be?

In this situation I don't feel that I can rely on my website.

I inspected that, and indeed, there is a column as a last element with some shortcode of plugin we do not know how works.

And on the front-end, is not visible, but it's in the code of the website:

I think, that the problem is related to that plugin, because it looks like it's not getting loaded, even in the console of your website it tells, that "plugins/thrive-leads" elements are not getting loaded :(

But that page in your screenshot wasn't the page with the disappeared content. It was laurafilz.de/website-check/. And it happened already several times that (on different pages and posts) content disappeared where I didn't use any code or element of that plugin. Did you find any other cause of the problem?

Well, in the console the error appear the same on that page, but if you do not use it there, I have to check it out once more.

Can you recreate that account I had? I tried to log-in and it does not work anymore :(

Sorry, but these login credentials does not work.

I tried to log-in and WP throw the error of incorrect credentials.

There is no problem with the theme, surely - I overpopulated the website and the content did not disappear, it means that your 'Max Input Vars' value is correct, so your content won't disappear.

As I said, the BeTheme does not have any functions to remove anything from his content, so it cannot be builder or theme fault.

I think, that the problem is related to the server or the hosting provider itself, because it looks like some backup is restoring from time to time and thats why your page is 'disappearing'. If it's disappearing without touching anything in the builder, then it must be something with the server.

Did the hosting provider give you some information about any errors or warning in logs? It might be really helpful.
