Theme functions

Hi, I found a minor issue in the latest version of Betheme. 

In Theme Options - Global - Advanced it is not possible to hide Theme functions. 

This setting is ignored.

Sorry, but I cannot see that issue while I was testing it.

Please, turn off all of the plugins, and check if this issue still appears.
