Trailer box not display

After updating betheme, the thriller box is not loaded. All codes after the Title in the trailer box have been deleted. Can you help me?

Please always attach a link to your website so we can check it out. If the page is offline(localhost) then our help will be limited, you will have to contact us when the page is online. Also please make sure that the page is not under maintenance before you provide us the link.

Please, turn off all o the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the issue still appears.

I turned off all the plugins and refreshed the cach. The problem is not solved.
