making First half 1/2 wraps Transparent

Hi, we recently bought and installed the Yacht theme.  https://themes.muffingroup.com/be/yacht/. On the home page the sections are in 2 1/2 wraps. I was able to update the image just fine. For the solid bleu on the left, we would like to make it more transparent so you can still see the background video we want to use. In sections background color > I have adjusted the transparency but it does not reflect after page update. Can you please point me in the right direction as to where this solid color is set and how we will be able to make it more transparent. Thank you

Please, set background color and transparency to the wrap in this section, because background video will overlap the background color of the section.
