2 menus in resposive header???
In the theme options.
Responsive> Header> Menu> Menu Custom mobile main menu.
How can I make both the main and secondary menus appear? I want the two menus on the mobile and it only lets me choose one of the two. How can I add the two?

To achive that you will have to use Header Builder plugin, and set both menus in mobile display.
