Why do I still view an element on the page deleted by back end editor?

The point is about an element deleted in the editor page but it is still be present inside the front page.

How is it possible?

Please, change your child Them to parent, update it and check if the issue still appears.

Also, please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache and check if the issue still exist.
